Navratri: Rupali S. Naik Offers Prayers at Temples in Karwar and Ankola

Karwar: As part of Navratri celebrations, Rupali S. Naik, BJP State Vice-President and former MLA of Karwar-Ankola constituency, visited various temples in Karwar and Ankola on Tuesday to offer prayers and perform rituals.

Rupali Naik visited several prominent temples, including Bada Durgadevi Temple in Karwar, Sadashivgad Shri Durgadevi Temple, Nandangadda Shri Santoshimata Temple, Ankola Shri Shantadurga Temple, Belambar Shri Durgadevi Temple, Kodasani Shri Shantika Parameshwari Temple, and Amadalli Shri Bhudevi Temple. She offered Udi Seva and performed puja, seeking blessings from the deities. She also visited the Brahmadevawada Shri Durgadevi Temple in Amadalli for darshan.

During the Navratri festivities, she prayed for the well-being of the people of the state, particularly those in the Karwar-Ankola constituency. The event was attended by BJP leaders, party workers, and members of the public.

Speaking to The News Observer  Rupali S. Naik stated that the Navratri is a festival especially significant for women and is celebrated under different names across the country. During this period, the nine forms of Goddess Durga are worshipped. It symbolizes the triumph of good over evil forces. I pray for the prosperity and well-being of all people, she said.
